Keyboard does not work in DOS due to incorrect setting on keyboard switch.
Cause:
The XT/AT switch on the keyboard is set to the XT setting instead of the AT setting.
Solution:
Switch the XT/AT switch to the AT setting.
1) Turn off the computer.
2) Turn the keyboard over and locate the XT/AT switch.
3) Switch the XT/AT switch to the AT setting.
4) Turn on the computer.
